Giggleswick
Welcome to Giggleswick station. Giggleswick is also served by Settle station to the East of the village.
Settle Station is for trains between Leeds and Carlisle and also has additional station facilities such as accessible toilets.
It is likely that Settle station would be better to use for Giggleswick residents heading towards Leeds who live in the North or East sides of the village.
Giggleswick station is accessed via the A65 and has a large car park.
There are parking bays for cars and bike shed facilities at the station.
There is also a pedestrian entrance down to the A65.
Platform 1 has a waiting shelter and is for trains towards Skipton and Leeds. Bradford can be reached by changing at Skipton or Shipley.
To access platform 2 at Giggleswick there is a foot crossing at the South end of the platforms.
Passengers must take extreme care on the crossing. Stop, look and listen before crossing the railway. Do not stop on the crossing.
The south ends of platforms 1 and 2 slope down to the crossing in stages. The crossing is level but uneven around the rail itself.
Platform 2 has a bench and is for trains towards Lancaster and Morecambe.
